What We Do

UCNS provides financing, consulting and capital sourcing to small businesses and affordable housing developers who don't qualify for traditional bank financing or who have a project that doesn't quite fit the traditional banking mold.

Business Loans of Utah (BLU) Fund

UCNS and local governments created BLU to offer financing, consulting and capital sourcing to credit worthy small businesses who don’t qualify for loans from traditional banking resources

Utah Equitable TOD (UETOD) Fund

A financing tool for affordable housing developers during the acquisition, pre-development and construction phases of multi-family housing projects located within a ½ mile of public transit stop

Affordable Housing

We purchase single and multi-family properties throughout the State of Utah to rehabilitate and then re-sell or lease to families who need affordable housing in both rural and urban areas.
