A financing tool for affordable housing developers during the acquisition, pre-development and construction phases of multi-family housing projects located within a ½ mile of public transit stop
Affordable Housing
We purchase single and multi-family properties throughout the State of Utah to rehabilitate and then re-sell or lease to families who need affordable housing in both rural and urban areas.
