UETOD finances the acquisition, pre-development, and construction phases of affordable housing developments located within a ½ mile of public transit stops.  With strategic relationships, UETOD is able to offer an interest only loan with a loan-to-value ratio of 90%, critical to the tight cash flow experienced by developers during these early phases.
